We called ideal service when our ac unit quit working on a hot las vegas summer day. We called several air conditioning contractors to see who could come out that same day. Ideal services dispatched a service technician and fixed our ac in an hour from the time we called them. Unbelievable service.

It was 100 degrees and my ac went out. Called ahs but the contractor couldn't come until the next day. I rented a motel room for the night and as i was getting ready to leave, the contractor called and said he could be there that night if i still wanted him to!!! i was soooo happy.
